Description
Hi, my name is Jasmin. I am 28 years old and a german yogini with middle eastern roots. Growing up between two cultures, I was always a discoverer of my own path.
I have been practicing Yoga for three years now. Starting with a physical practice during my demanding job as a project manager, I slowly dived into yoga philosophy with time and discovered the yogic path as my spiritual tool to reach my highest potential.
I used to practice the Jivamukti style, which is a dynamic vinyasa style with strong ethics and focus on Bhakti and Ahimsa, non violence. In October 2016 I quit my job as a project manager and moved to Bali. I decided to dedicate my life to yoga and got certified as a Vinyasa Teacher. (200 h: Adjusting and Alignment Skills, Meditation, Pranayama, Sequencing, Vinyasa Yoga)
Besides my passion for teaching and my personal practice I am a Yoga Blogger as well.
Yoga excites my spirit, it lets cloudy thoughts that hold me back from reaching my highest potential pass. It is an honour to give this practice forward to students and support them in finding their true purpose.
I teach dynamic yoga, but with mindfulness and focus on breathing and the goal to reach mental stability. I teach at schools that use yoga as energy management, instead of a workout.
