My name is Kelly and I have been teaching Yoga for the last three years. I’m also a breathwork instructor and have a 200hr RYT, as well as, a breathwork instructor certificate. I lived in Vietnam from 2017 to 2021, where I taught as an independent yoga teacher for individuals, studios and gyms in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. I moved back to my hometown, Limerick, Ireland in 2021 during the Covid pandemic, where I have continued by training as a Yoga teacher and breathwork instructor, as well as, teaching private yoga and breathwork classes in Ireland both online and in person.

I specialize in teaching breathwork and pranayama, as well as vinyassa, gentle flow and restorative yoga.
With my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification completed and my corresponding education and experience in the practice and teaching of yoga and breathwork, I’m now seeking yoga and breathwork employment either online or in person (depending on the location). I am also willing and able to strategically promote any studio’s offerings and achieve any program goals by utilizing my excellent communication and time management capabilities.

Additionally, I have a first class honours computer science degree in Digital Media Design (Interaction Design), as well as, 5 years English teaching experience in Vietnam. My teaching experience in both Yoga and English, as well as my computer science skills, makes me an ideal candidate for any Yoga business looking to hire a teacher with an abundance of skills, that would significantly help their business to thrive in all of these areas.
