I am a yoga teacher, committed to guiding students how develop a deeper connection to themselves and a higher consciousness, creating a space for surrender and inviting creativity in students’ practice. My varied work experience including hospitality, customer service, events work, and administration allows me to build strong relationships, work in a team and take leadership. My passion for nature and outdoor living, moving to feel good and connecting with people are important to me as I continue to deepen my practice.

I qualified with Gayatri Yoga school, a Yoga Alliance RYS 200 hour course, specialising in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Taught by highly experienced teachers, immersed in a yogic lifestyle which encouraged self realisation and a rounded, practical foundation for teaching.
• Studied 108 asanas in depth, learning hands on assists, how to cue, contraindications and energetic connection.
• Regular Bhakti, yoga Nidra and Yin yoga, alongside an introduction to Ashtanga yoga.
• Study of anatomy, Ayurvedic medicine, yoga philosophy and pre-natal yoga. -

A response to the evolving fashion industry, exploring sustainable innovation, supply chain, marketing and strategy. In my final project, I created a circular business plan for my idea of a swap shop, positioned in the reuse market to help close the loop in textile waste while also being a social enterprise.
