Certified and highly motivated vinyasa & core flow yoga teacher (with over 300 hours of training and almost 300h of teaching experience), looking for teaching opportunities in yoga studios or other setups (e.g. retreat centers, hotels, etc.), either teaching group or private classes, or assisting during retreats and teacher trainings. Strong business background positioning her as an ideal candidate for General Manager positions, on top of teaching yoga. Able to teach various styles and intensities of yoga (slow/gentle flow, regular flow, core flow, or advanced/strong flow) to different types of students (beginners, intermediate, advanced & mixed levels).
Energetic and outgoing yet centered and peaceful, teaching creative classes focusing on conscious breathing, proper and safe alignment at all times, and offering plenty of adjustments/enhancements for students to best serve their needs.
