Namaste,

My name is Maya Shakiyeva. I am from Kazakhstan but currently staying in Thailand.

In Oct 2022 I completed a Hatha and Vinyasa flow 200 YTT Yoga Alliance in Indonesia, Bali. After course completion I stayed there for 4 months. Later I moved to Malaysia and then to Goa, India. In India I worked as a yoga teacher in traditional Yoga school, teaching Hatha and Vinyasa flow to yoga teacher training students. Then I received an offer from Advait Yoga school (Indian school) to work as a teacher and social content manager on retreats and yoga teacher trainings in Koh Samui, Thailand. I am traveling around Asia and passionate about gaining and sharing yoga experience.

In 2019 I started to teach yoga in studios in Kazakhstan offering a variety of yoga classes & workshops for all experience levels.

I am spiritual and dedicated Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga Instructor with 4 years of personal practice and 3 years of teaching.

I graduated from Kazakh State University with a major in English teaching. I also have an experience in Marketing and social content maker. I speak 3 languages English, Russian and Kazakh fluently so I am sure I will not find any difficulties to interact with any students around the world.

I am patient and resilient personality, capable and inspiring professional teacher, I am highly disciplined, organized, self-motivated , sociable, flexible and able to find an approach to any student.

I am experienced as HR manager with exceptional capabilities in written and verbal communication, teamwork, networking, organization, customer service, and problem solving with 10+ years experience working in office environment. I am creative problem solver with an artistic sensibility and come well versed in new media. I also

In addition to my experience, I am confident that the skills such as Breathing techniques, Meditation, Knowledge of Anatomy, First aid, Knowledges in Yoga Philosophy, able to demonstrate advanced level poses, Stress management I developed in previous study have prepared me for this opportunity.
