Completed the required 300 hour teacher training curriculum for the 26&2 series (Bikram) with Gianna Purcell/105F school. Graduated in May 2022.
Certified to teach the 26&2 hot yoga series as a 105F Instructor.

Completed vinyasa training in September 2014 with Lisa Wulf, E-RYT 500 at Yoga Lemon in Lake Mary, FL.

Training for yin yoga with Michele Benton, E-RYT 500 with Yana Yoga Shala in Longwood, FL. Yin training will be completed April 16, 2023.

I am registered through Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200.

Faithfully practicing for over 10 years.
