Personal Summary
I am a creative and passionate soul. Yoga brings me so much joy, and has completely changed my life. My passion is to spread the light, and share this journey with as many as possible. Yoga has taught me so much about myself, the universe, the divine, and I love being able to connect with others on this subject. I prioritize being flexible and being able to “go with the flow” (for example: I have been asked many times to sub last minute, snd I am confident enough to teach on a whim!) I was trained in Vinyasa style of Yoga with a focus on alignment and compassion. I am genuine, honest, a fantastic team player, as well as a strong team leader. I love nothing more than being a part of a community and supporting those around me. I believe in energies, mother nature, and that we are all each others teachers. I am eager to share my knowledge and passion for yoga, as well as my zest for life! I trust that all is coming if you put yourself out there, remain authentic, and share your light with others. What My Classes May Look Like/ Offer To Students:
My classes bring variety, authenticity, and a funky flare! I provide students with the opportunity to center themselves at the beginning of class and seal their practice at the end with Savasana. I guide various forms of pranayama, mantra, mudra, and meditation. Whether it be 3 minutes at the start of class or 5 minutes at the end, it is important to me to include traditional Yogic teachings in my classes. Anatomy and alignment are extremely important to me. I like to make sure my students are safe flowing in and out of postures as well as gaining knowledge of their own body. I am a huge music fan and LOVE to incorporate playlists into my classes to fit the theme. I give students the chance to accept hands on assists/ adjustments during class as well as aromatherapy during Savasana.

I have been teaching Yoga at this studio in Ontario, Canada since Nov.1/2018 – I teach 9-14 classes a week (Vinyasa, Hot Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Hatha Meditation, Restorative) and enjoy every second of it! I also sell my cold pressed juices at the studio (I love nourishing my body and love sharing my tips and tricks with others!)
I also have experience running workshops, teaching private lessons, starting a youtube channel (in the next month), I host yoga instagram challenges, I feel very involved in the community and want to continue this journey through retreats and travelling the world/ meeting new like-minded people!
