• Chef for a 16-bed chalet, providing good quality food and hospitality.
• Develop different weekly menu plans within budget.

• Weekly shop and supply top-ups as required.
• Prepare and host breakfast, afternoon tea, canapes, and dinner.
• Serve to up to 16 guests over Xmas and New Year
• Prepare and cook children’s high tea.
