Hello there,
my name is Nadine and I am 28 years old. I’m from germany but currently traveling in south africa. Teaching and practicing yoga myself is my passsion! I do teach since 3,5 years and I’m practicing myself since over 7 years. I’m experienced in teaching active flows (Jivamukti Style) but also Yin Yoga! Meditation and breathwork is part in every yogaclass of mine, so I’m also very experienced in sharing that with people.
So since I love to travel and to teach, I’d love to teach online to your students.

I did my first education in an ashram in india. This was focused on Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, but of course we learned meditation, pranayama and yoga philosophy as well.

Kaivalya Yoga School05.01.2019 - 05.02.2019Kaivalya Yoga and Yin 300H

My second education I did with a teacher called Enrico Kaivalya. This was in Kaivalya Yoga (which is a style close to Jivamukti) and also Yin Yoga and nutrition. It was a 300h education.
