Born in Russia, and having moved to Asia 12 years ago, Nathalie is a former athlete and professional coach with 17 years experience in strength and conditioning, as well ass nutrition and rehabilitation. Having experience in providing yoga teacher training and different workshops. Fully committed to my job and love to travel around the world spreading knowledge and yoga education. I teach in both English and Russian languages.
