2008 – Graduated McGill University, Bachelor of Commerce
2009- Graduated King’s College International Management
March 2011 – Began a yoga practice
January 2012 – Started teaching yoga around Cairo
September 2012 – Founded YallaYoga Center
April 2014 – Received Grant of 10,000 Euros for Advisory Consultancy Services from the European Reconstruction an Development Bank as part of Women in Business Program
February 2015 – Invited to speak at Tedex Cairo
July 2015 – Invited to intern at the Aquarian Trainer Academy (Kundalini research institute
November 2015 – Launched 1st Kundalini Teacher Training in Egypt – Dream come true
July 2016 – Invited to intern at the Aquarian Trainer Academy (Kundalini research institute (2nd year)
Nov 2016 – Served as a volunteer in Lesvos Island in Greece with Syrian Refugees
November 2016 – Organized the 2nd Kundalini Teacher Training in Egypt – Dream come true

Conducted more than 30 retreats and workshops on various topics such as women empowerment, breathing basics, corporate, youth empowerment, healthy lifestyle living, chakras, stress and vitality, meditation for beginners, mindfulness, relationship healing, male and female polarity etc.
