Description
I grew up between Munich, where I worked as an event manager at an agency after my studies. A few years laters I decided to see more of the world, get to know people, cultures and food from around the world and be embedded in nature. This led me to moving to Jamaica where I built my own farm-to-table guest experience in the jungle (cafe-bar, vegan farm-to-table cookshop, event- and retreat location, guesthouse, farm hikes…). We created and hosted numerous yoga-, food- and farming related events. Food and health quickly became my main focus in life, as everything growing around me was edible or had medicinal purposes and most of my free time I spent on the farm. Creative cooking and food preservation became my passion.
I recently moved back to Berlin and am eager to continue being part of the yoga, health and food community.
