Chef and Sous-chef

Dreamsea is looking for kitchen staff for this 2020 season. We are a leading company in the Surfcamp market with locations in Portugal, France and Spain. We proud ourselves to provide the best service on the market and for getting hundreds of new surf lovers up on their first waves every year.
We are currently hiring Chefs and sous-chefs. Starting in May up until October.
Responsibilities:
. Manage the whole kitchen operation.
. Responsible for the maintenance of the company’s quality standards.
. In charge of stock control and purchasing products.
. Manage the kitchen staff, acting as trainer and supervisor.
. Production and service of Dinner meals.
. Responsible for the active and constant application of all safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
. Reporting to supervisors and taking feedback.
Requisites:
. Professional experience working in the food industry.
. Knowledge of worldwide gastronomy.
. Love for camping and nature.
. Comfort in multicultural environments.
. Carrying a pro-active, professional and ethic atitude.
. Managing skills.
